This stamp is a small souvenir to thank Ukraine's partners for their support. It shows an ironic attitude to the Russian occupiers.
A special redemption of the "Sank or Drowned" stamp, which was issued in a limited edition by Ukrposhta (Ukrainian Post), took place in Lviv.
My task in this competition was to create a design based on the idea of Yuriy Kotyk.
"It was Oleksandra's idea that won the competition among students. Most of them are now evacuated to different regions, but even so, they were happy to take part in the design of the new brand. There were many options. However, there should be only one winner, so in the process we improved the stamp's design a bit, and today we can redeem it," said Konstantin Chernyavsky, head of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine.
It was very important for me to take part in and win this competition, as supporting each other in this difficult time
is so necessary.
